General Manager

- The Role
This is a non-customer-facing, operational leadership position. You will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
- Serve as the key link between staff and the Board of Directors
- Drive improvements in internal communication and operational efficiency
- Support and strengthen a positive, high-performance company culture
- Ensure maximum value and progress across all business functions
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the next phase of our growth.
- What We're Looking For
- Strong operational leadership experience
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and workflows
- Experience in payments, PayFac, or payment-related regulatory/legislative environments (highly preferred)
- A hands-on leader who thrives in the details of execution
- Location
This is an office-based role (in-person presence is essential)
